Current Volunteers: How to use our “VICnet” online database.
Please read this document completely the first time you use our new Volunteer Information Center (VICnet).
If you have never volunteered for the Fly-In, please fill-out a New Volunteer Application Form instead.
In 2016 we switched our volunteer system to Volgistics, a service that specializes in volunteer databases. We’re quite excited with the upgrade and the potential it has for many years to come.
The short instructions:
- If you don’t know or forgot your password, click the logon link below and use the “lost password” function on the VICnet logon page.
- Logon and update your My Profile section as appropriate. Also update your cell phone text preferences on the Account tab. On the Account tab, we suggest you select “Email with Text Notifications” for the category During Fly-In Event Alerts. These alerts will only be sent during the Fly-In and may be very important.
- To logon to VICnet in the future, the link will be on the Volunteer page on our website. Or the link is at the end of this page if you’re ready to get started now!

Your username is your email address. If you can’t find this email, use the “lost password” function on the VICnet logon page.
You will be presented with a change password screen. You need to change your password. Make sure to use a password with at least one capital letter and one number. Be sure to click on the “Save” button each time you make a change.
Once you have logged-on, click the “My Profile” tab. Please update your information, making sure to scroll-down the page to see all options. Click the “Save” button when you have all your information set.
Once you have updated your profile, please click the ACCOUNT tab. Scroll down the page and update your cell phone text preferences. We suggest you select “Email with Text Notifications” for the category During Fly-In Event Alerts. These alerts will only be sent during the Fly-In and may be very important.
That’s it, you’re done (for now!) To logon to VICnet in the future, the link will be on the Volunteer page on our website, or it is below
